I don’t know if you’re talking about the most recent update or not, but they actually made darkness MUCH more common! It not guaranteed or anything, but you’ll actually get some in reasonable amount of time.

You can the instakill with a precisely timed dash. It's honestly super stupid and risky to go for here but I have made it a habit to almost always it so I have the timing down very well. I still fail it on the rare occasion tho lol

Nah with 50 fear it’s everything except the vows that disable arcanas. I would guess Titan, Huntress, Strength, 10 rolls, minor transforms, Furies(?), Origination. Can probably forgo sprint speed since they’re dashing/specialing around

I certainly did want hestia, mainly for her mana regen the room RNG just did not present an opportunity to take her without losing too much time unfortunately It happens a lot in Oceanus with vow of forfeit on unfortunately

Yes, it says on the item that it doesn’t heal anything, but it actually works just fine lol. I tend to flip-flop a lot on whether I should personally allow myself to take it, but honestly, the game has enough garbage at 50F that I don’t feel too bad about it lol

I'm a pretty avarage player, ( just beat 32 terror yay) so I don't know much about wich boons are best for what, so I'm really surprised that you picked Hera over Aphrodite or Apollo, or even Demeter, I always thought all her boons were kinda trash. Why her?

Hitch is absolutely insane in terms of how much damage it actually does. It does 30% of your _final_ damage to all other foes with Hitch, including overkill damage and non-attack damage sources like Blitz. The % on anything else, like attack boons, only applies to your weapon's _base_ damage (plus Power additions from stuff like Colossus Driver or Secret Crush). Medea already has an extremely high % modifier to attack as part of the weapon aspect, and attack boons don't multiply that portion of the damage, only the base damage. Hitch also clears barriers a bit faster for you. I think even if Hera's attack boons gave 0% attack, the math would probably work out that Hitch is so good, she would still possibly have the best attack for 50 fear Medea speedrunning, but then she's also tied for the second-highest attack modifier as well.
