However, with anterograde amnesia, depending on severity, you can have issues remembering new info and retaining new info, but still consolidate memories. ie. You wouldn't lose the knowledge of how to do something just because you took a nap. It's more in the sense that, if your brain is like a computer, your frontal lobe is a hard drive that is running slow, sometimes freezing, depending on severity. Conversations may not flow due to speech, and even simple tasks may take extra time to do. While each area of the brain helps with memory, the frontal lobe does much of this. Severe head trauma, as well as some brain tumours, even benign, can cause this. So yes, Drew is fine, that is why it is acting. The character she plays does actually model an injury where similar injuries have been seen in real life.

Yeah they kind of skipped her whole pregnancy part. Imagine waking up 9 months pregnant in the middle of the night in labour? No time to watch a video explaining everything and then you go to the hospital and deliver the baby and then pass out and wake up again in a hospital bed with a baby. Must have been some super traumatic times for her. I dont think her heart could handle that kind of constant stress, she would have high blood pressure and shit.
