Thank you for the great ideas. I don't know if you said this one but I made my own vanilla over the summer to gift to people so they could use them for making their cookies. Vanilla extract is very easy to make. I also took smaller sized oatmeal cylinders and upcycled them into gift boxes and put Ziploc bags of cooking mix that I made inside to go with the vanilla.
