This could actually be a fun idea. Have there be a 3-Player North America. Dankus America, and someone else will be Canada, and Mexico. Then have the other players be Russia, Japan, England, France, Italy, and Germany. All have to declare war together against North America before a set time limit. If they do they win the prize pool.
