Because it the pacific front with a teammate who knows the pacific front better than most HOI4 players the amount of time he's be sent there to keep him out of trouble. It's also lower stakes and a lot less stressful than the European front as left to your own devices not having to rely on incompetent minors (or majors in this game) and only job is to delay and tie up the commonwealth.

@@thebladeofchaos When a player like South Africa here, which started of with no garrisons and It's tanks in India. Randomly moves all of it's tanks from other fronts and back home to use as garrison right after Dankus talked about Naval Invading them. When it is that blatant, It's sufficent evidence to ban. Some could argue that SA had some of It's tanks there already. But conviniently they started to move the tanks they had in India and moved them to garrison themselves not so long after Dankus mentioned it. That shit is just too coincidental to not be proof of stream sniping.

@@LT_Silver OK, but you have to be able to go, with ZERO doubt it happened. a player could easily have gone 'hey, I'm paranoid about what the Japanese are up to, I'm going to garrison my ports'. it's easy to accuse and hard to prove, and whilst I'm 100% with you, this is a casual domain. unless it's going to be properly competitive like Bo's group keep a spread sheet for wins and loses, they're not going to enforce a rule like this that strictly, because it'd require honor rules (doable) and spectators

Are those subs split into 1 stacks and on always engage? (context: any fleet/naval invasion is instantly caught and cannot move unless they retreat from the battle. Fleet is usually caught again right away and is perma stuck in whatever sea tile they are in all game.)
