You probably already know this but I saw you training max trained troops. If you shift click the training button it trains to the max level then stops so you don’t wast supplies and org. Hope this helps!

The problem is with maintenance companies, they take manpower, while scavenger doesn't. And I'm pretty sure manpower was the limiting factor here

actually Luxembourg is pretty easy right now, as well as minor defendable nations. AI after this DLC is just running into fortifications much more than before. Even with majors you can win almost anything if you just do not attack and wait. For me it seems kind of flawed tbh
