@@_MM03 Honestly totally depends on where you live and if you have a roommate. Personally I can’t afford downtown living yet. I split a 2/2 with a roommate near Lauderdale by the sea and we both pay $900. 13ish mins from downtown and a bit under 3 miles from the beach. Can Uber downtown for $20 or less and bike to the beach in less than 15 minutes so I’m totally fine not being in las olas and paying 3k for a studio

Every time I'm in Fort Lauderdale, I go to that hooters (and the French bakery/café next to the bridge). Get a table over the road so you have the sea breeze hitting you but shaded by the building. Its been at least a year since that escalator broke down. For awhile, they had a stage set up in the court yard. Every store in there is like a revolving door except for the hooters. The bars / restaurants that are road side between Las Olas and that building are always packed day and night.

BEN! Stay AWAY from this beach plaza. It’s NEVER busy and it’s ALWAYS DEAD. I’ve seen hundreds of tenants come in to that property over the last 12 years and they all fail! Hooters is ALWAYS DEAD too and I’m surprised they are still in business I would want to look into the current owners finances and get some deep property history on this place.
