Wow, that was intense! I did more than I would normally, that is for sure. I think it will be telling the day after tomorrow, I probably won't be able to move! Great for targeting my curves! 😄

Well done! Sometimes a little bit of a soreness is okay. The best thing for soreness is more exercise ha ha! The more you do the video the less soreness you will experience. And yes it does target all of the curves! Enjoy more of my workouts!😊♥️
