WOW! This might be my FAVORITE workout of all time! I loved how the cardio portions were Tabata style, rather than a single 40-second block. Huge calorie burn! Adding this one to my 'Favorites' playlist for sure. Thanks for bringing this one back, Sydney! I never would've found it otherwise.

The squad keeps me motivated to reach my goals for fitness as well as nutrition. The members are like sisters and encourage each other and help each other with tips. We also share our victories as well as get encouragement when we slip or feel frustrated with nutrition, or fitness. Sydney has our backs covered with her live talks, grocery haul and meal prep. Dustin is priceless- his files help us to keep on track. There is absolutely no judgement, no personal attacks etc. I love it!

monday's workout left me discouraged and doubting my abilities. I took a few days off but because of all your encouraging comments I came back today and just finished tuesday's Nov. 6th workout and felt like myself again. It was great. you laughed Sydney but I loved the bear crawl tap backs! Thanks for encouraging me not to give up ladies! guess I just needed a little more recovery time. HUGS TO ALL!!!!

This week with weights has been really tough for me. I’ve never owned weights and I was too worried to pull a muscle or hurt myself so I didn’t give my all. Today however was my favorite combo of everything so far. Yeah I’m sweating and breathing hard, but I loved it and I feel accomplished 💪🏼

This workout kicked my butt. I was cramping at the beginning, and questioned if I should just do a stretch for today's workout. Each move kept me so focused on execution, the cramps sort of went away. I was praying they would, lol. I really enjoyed the stabilizing exercises. I was falling all over the place at first, but since we did them two times in each rep, I started to get the hang of it pretty quickly. The time went by pretty fast for a 50 minute workout. Glad I didn't skip it.
