I did this workout a year ago and now I just did it again 38 weeks pregnant 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 grateful for Sydney who prepared my body to be as strong as possible this pregnancy 🤟🏻

So, I did this one a year ago and said it was a Killer workout- STILL IS! I thought that since I’ve been doing these workouts every day with Sydney that this one would have been easier but NO, IT’S STILL A KILLER WORKOUT. I crushed it, and loved it - but yeah, still Killer!

"You have made it to your cool down" surfaced on ATG today (love that phrase!). I loved the compound moves that challenged my agility and balance today. One of my favorites for sure.

🤯 this was the best workout thus far, when I say at the end my face felt like fire and I was drenched in sweat I am not lying .. I loved it and I crushed it … Sydney please do more workouts like these in the future thank you 😊

Sydney veteran here and it’s so cool to see that most of these videos she’s posting for all time greats I’ve already done before. I remember how I felt the first time I did them versus now and I’m so proud of myself for my consistency and for continuing to show up and take part in this journey 🙌🏼

I crushed it! I remember trying those Turkish Get Ups and I couldn't do them, but today I crushed them!!! My strength is amazing and I am more confident in myself today because of Sydney.

I did it! I was almost done when my daughter face-timed from college and had just finished this work out. I said I can’t talk I’m almost done my Sydney workout. She looked really sweaty and I was too!

WOW! This might be my FAVORITE workout of all time! I loved how the cardio portions were Tabata style, rather than a single 40-second block. Huge calorie burn! Adding this one to my 'Favorites' playlist for sure. Thanks for bringing this one back, Sydney! I never would've found it otherwise.

The squad keeps me motivated to reach my goals for fitness as well as nutrition. The members are like sisters and encourage each other and help each other with tips. We also share our victories as well as get encouragement when we slip or feel frustrated with nutrition, or fitness. Sydney has our backs covered with her live talks, grocery haul and meal prep. Dustin is priceless- his files help us to keep on track. There is absolutely no judgement, no personal attacks etc. I love it!

monday's workout left me discouraged and doubting my abilities. I took a few days off but because of all your encouraging comments I came back today and just finished tuesday's Nov. 6th workout and felt like myself again. It was great. you laughed Sydney but I loved the bear crawl tap backs! Thanks for encouraging me not to give up ladies! guess I just needed a little more recovery time. HUGS TO ALL!!!!

This week with weights has been really tough for me. I’ve never owned weights and I was too worried to pull a muscle or hurt myself so I didn’t give my all. Today however was my favorite combo of everything so far. Yeah I’m sweating and breathing hard, but I loved it and I feel accomplished 💪🏼

Man oh man that was tough!!! Literally tried not to die in those last 10 minutes! I forgot how tough these older workouts were...haven't done this style in a while. I am loving the new (old) challenge to my body. Crushed day 12 of August all time greats! Breathing hard---sweating hard---red faced---but I didn't die!!! LOL We can do hard things!!! 🥵🥵🥵💦💦💦🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

This workout kicked my butt. I was cramping at the beginning, and questioned if I should just do a stretch for today's workout. Each move kept me so focused on execution, the cramps sort of went away. I was praying they would, lol. I really enjoyed the stabilizing exercises. I was falling all over the place at first, but since we did them two times in each rep, I started to get the hang of it pretty quickly. The time went by pretty fast for a 50 minute workout. Glad I didn't skip it.

ALRIGHT this was SPICY!!! 🌶 WOW Very very challenging! Loved the deadlift high row ,Turkish get-up -and the whole glute/hammy circuit near the end! What a bear of a workout!
