This morning I could not get thr motivation to get to the gym. I was just feeling all around down today. I didn't go to the gym but forced myself to do THIS of all workouts! So happy I was able to complete it. My body said no but my mind had other plans. Not for the faint-hearted though!! One of the hardest I've done!

But the fact that you said you only put in 85% effort means that her projected calories in the video title could be more accurate than not, considering she puts in more like 100% effort. Also your current muscle mass not just body weight is a factor to consider as well.

Love this workout on days when I’m not in to the daily challenge. Modified a few to bring cardio up a notch, only because Sydney has challenged me to do better and I’m doing my best to rise to it everyday. Haven’t done this one in months, feels so good to come back to an old(er) one and do it better than ever before. Burn more, get higher heart rates, do moves more completely, upgrade plank crosses with mountain climbers, do better, push more, constant growth.

I made it 30 minutes! I have not done one of your workouts in the six weeks since I broke my ankle. I’ve been out of my boot for two weeks now and I am wearing a small ankle brace. And wanted to give your workout a try I’ll eventually be back to my full staff. I am taking it slow and easy because my number one goal is being able to run again. I’m 57 years old I’ve been a runner for over 45 years and will be absolutely crushed if it’s no longer a part of my life. Thanks for the great workout today

My all time favorite. I haven’t posted for a while but I am with you 3-4 days a week. I like this style - where you repeat sets 3-4 times (by 3/4 I can really feel the muscles working). A ton of new moves!!! and you give the best technique tips (side bend with the weight - use your waist to bring you back; the first time I used my arm).

I crushed it!! Loved this workout, I have been able to increase my strength so much more when completing these exercises. The first few times I had to take a couple breaks but after a while I have found motivation in improving my intensity. Now I can complete the whole thing and have been increasing the weights!! Did it. First of a HIIT/Bootcamp workout that actually challenged me ! I love youre channel, youre so amazing nicely kicking my ass everytime ! What do you use for counting your calories ? Cant wait for the next workout !

Barbara Buccola I kept it to the 5 pounders. Any higher and I would have given up haha. Normally I like to add 2 pound ankle weights to my workouts but this one I had a feeling I wouldn't have made it 😬😬😬

Barbara Buccola I also used lighter weights 5 pounds. Also, in one of the intervals I performed the exercises in that circuit in modified state. Just to allow myself to finish the workout and not give up. It was not easy, but the feeling when done and all the sweat, it is sooo worth it!

Hey Katka thank you so much for joining me! I do have a ton of great shorter workouts that focus specifically on certain parts of the body from a couple months ago! I focus on abs or legs or glutes etc...just look back a little farther in my channel!

Wish there was a love button on this one. Rough week... mentally not focused. Needed this to get back to it!!! Loved the sumo overhead and donkey kickbacks and claps at the end. This was some major cardio!!!!
