LMAO.. You chasing it with the brake cleaner to keep it going was hilarious!

Trick for cutting the foam use an electric knife like would be used in the kitchen. Also if you cut the foam about a half inch oversize for you seat plate it will wrap the edge of the seat plate smoothing the edges making it look more professionally done for those who never recovered a seat. Also the t-nuts should seat in flush to the board best way to install t-nuts is on the floor where the board wouldn't bounce. Also the best plywood to use is marine grade. And you should glue the foam to the pan plate before covering it as it prevents the foam from sliding and bunching up when cornering and braking.

I would say bringing lil red up the hill was the craziest thing I ever saw; if I hadn’t have seen a 13yr.old boy pouring gas in a carb. From a coke bottle,sitting on the fender with the hood off while his 15yr. Old brother drove the old car down a country road.. but I was 15 and thought it was funny at the time. Bad thing was his daddy owned a little junk yard and a wrecker they could have used!😊

What happened to the cage? Mine has a 6.0hp Tecumseh and a full cage along with Murray explorer vinyl stickers on the front of the kart (you’re missing the metal by the pedals). @@cainadkins3985 lol the ole coke can head gasket….If you have ever busted a head gasket and you are losing pressure you can Jerry rig it by cutting a tin can open and flattening it out and make an impression of the head into the tin, then cutting it around the impression to make a “JIG” that works as a gasket…usually a very temporary fix.. Sometimes ends up being long term Im not judgin…my old Yerfie was basically held together with Band-aids and Bubblegum lol 😆

Same here along with replacing the rotted out seat with the cheapest folding boat seat they can find, and of course if the tires are not bald as slicks they go to walmart and get at least 3 different sized and/or brand lawnmower tires to put on it. When I picked up the last one the guy kept going on and on about the "new" tires to the point I thought he was attached to them. After I bought it and got it loaded up I asked him if he wanted them back and I think it ticked him off. It had 2 different brand 20 inch atv tires on the front and 2 16 inch turf saver tires on the rear. When I test drove it the thing was dragging the ground all over the place and had no traction.
@DeliriousMindBovice3156 жыл бұрын
actually the back tires might be lawnmower tires when i bought my weedeater riding mower about seven years ago new it had those tires on it
@user-neo716656 жыл бұрын
Those are old knobbies, back in the 70s-80s just about any and all atvs had those factory. Kenda scorpions are a good example if they even still make them. I know back then atvs and lawn mowers shared rim sizing so it wasn't uncommon for guys to put the atv tires on a mower. We had a old rust bucket we mowed around our ponds with that had knobbies on all 4 corners back in the 80-90s because it would get stuck with turf tires.

Just for the sake of saving money and at least just for testing purposes only as you've heard said before. I, would have welded that back plate on that driven pulley to compensate for the busted rivets. That would have worked. Hope your doing good boss Redbeard
