You guys need to pick up a camp stove fuel bottle. (Amazon has them if you can't find one locally) Procure a bicycle water bottle bracket that fits it and mount that on a frame tube somewhere. You've then got about a pint of fuel on board as a reserve when the main tank runs dry. It'll save you from pushing when you run out of fuel next time. ;)

When you do the dual carbs, dont do the intake pipes sttaight out point them up or at the angle of the port in the head making it a straight shot and not having to make a turn to go into the head

Garyntara7788 Burbank I built my buggy out of a pile of scrap metal and a Chinese atv it's set up like a European car reverse steering I also bought a Honda civic steering wheel and rack n pinion from a junk yard this thing will hold all my 6 kids ages , 9months to 9years of age and I and I wife as well all terrain Carlisle in back and Kenda s"peedracer" in front of course a predator 670 engine if u have a email I'll send anyone photos if it will help also I'm running a 53 tooth sprocket haven't got many hills here . So speeds my goal but no top speed test yet will do a KZbin video as soon as I'm done editing the footage

Rasta B so you build your buggy? we have a manco dingo buggy 8hp Briggs Stratton a 2 seater fox buggy seatbelts full front and back suspension I put headlights and taillights on it a Yamaha exciter 440 snowmobile motor on it have a 1996 Polaris trail boss 250 my wife rides a 1983 Honda 200s three wheeler a Baja warrior 200cc I put a torque converter on it turn the governor all the way up and I hooked up blinkers and a taillight to a small motorcycle battery I wrote the number on the goose neck down and I went to the secretary of state and I told them I was there to get a 49cc moped sticker and I got it street legal to ride with my cousin on his Kawasaki ninja 250 our friend on his Honda grom125 and a good friend on his super scooter 250 because they can't keep up with my 1988 Suzuki gsx600f katana or my 1972 Harley Davidson 900 sportster chopper 7 foot springer front end my grandpa gave me for my 18th birthday I ride my Suzuki gsx600f katana with my brother on his 1999 Suzuki gsxr750 my older cousin on his 2009 Kawasaki zx14r a friend on his 2008 Honda cbr600rr a friend on his 2009 Yamaha r6 a 2007 Kawasaki zx6 believe it or not they haven't changed the style of the Suzuki gsx600f, Suzuki gsxr750 much my Suzuki gsx600f fits in dam good with the newer sports bikes and I can keep up with them I have walked off on my brother and a few friends on their bikes so it's not the bike its the experience in the riders you can have a 1999 Suzuki gsxr750 and get beat by a 1988 Suzuki gsx600f proven fact and they have the same inline four cylinder the Suzuki gsx600f has carbs and the Suzuki gsxr750 has fuel injection

Garyntara7788 Burbank wow sound like a lot the only other thing I have is the Baja warrior same212cc pred. And torque converter that's was modified to fit . I'm sure u had to do the same. And I'm also working 2001 yamaha G16 electric to gas golf cart to a side x side. still haven't decided on a motor would like a genuine Honda Motor but with the cash I got and the hurricane Harvey delay here in Houston tx it's been a little slow here getting everyone back to work. I seen a nice 24hp military jeep engine looks to be in brand new condition but again everyone is misplaced and no reply so far any ideas on a affordable engine I would like any direct if u do. I paid 700 really 900 with the warranty and found that a small block v6 or v8 is just only $799 on amazon but I'm not looking for that kind of power. I really just need reverse (must) at the moment I only have forward on the dune buggy but I'm working on that soon

The way that you are pumping that throttle is opening and closing against that belt, you'll get a lot more life out of it if you stay steady on the throttle . Also a maintenance video would also be helpful (comet spray lube)

robinj357 I use dry graphite when my 30 series starts acting up and it always fixes it but you will need to clean it more often due to the graphite build up

hey rbg you need to add a gearbox to your system. so can have gear ratios to limit that belt slip. or could make some kinda jack drive to work. or a double jack drive i mean lol. but a gear box is needed seems. forward and reverse. ill send some pics to ya of the one i have from a old buggy build. but im doing another buggy build soon and gonna go with a bigger engine then the ninja 500 i did before. but have gear box to have f n r. and the gears of the motorcycle engine.

No these 40 series are just not cut out for this much power. We will have the 780 cvt on it soon and will fix all our problems

I need you professional help please, my coleman ct200u will not idle off the choke, it has been sitting for about 2 months now, could it just be bad gas? I did take the carb apart because my airfilter wasn't filtering out dirt so I hit it with some carb cleaner. Could I have messed something up?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure those use a pressurized oiling system and that's why they burn oil so bad.

Red Beard's Garage yup and they use a plastic gear to run the oil pump off the crank or cam I think it's the cam. But either way it's a plastic gear I wouldent trust it is buy a billet pump

Jayce Moto its like a motorized bicycle but he don't have pedals on it any more so it has to be registered as a moped I like how you don't have to have a driver's license and you don't have to register a motorized bicycle I have a 80cc motorized bicycle I ride it with a few Honda groms a good friend on his super scooter

Teddyvision just put a 440 snowmobile motor on it and hang on it is going to be a bad bitch I have a 2 seater fox go kart buggy with a 440 Yamaha exciter snowmobile motor on it and I use it when I go riding with my boss and his family they all have the side by sides and I wanted to be able to get out and give them a good run for their money my bosses wife has a 2013 John deer gator 850i his son has a Polaris rzr1000 his other son has a Honda ranger his other son has a Can Am maverick x3 and his nephew has a Yamaha rhino and my boss has a older style john deer gator believe it or not my 2 seater fox buggy fits in dam good with the side by sides and it is just as much fun

Teddyvision i orderd belts from Amazon and they were like 21 bucks for 3 got them expected them to be cheap and they were motorcycle cvt belts and dam do they last idk what exactly they are but they hold up amazing i off road kart and im hard as hell on belts they go on a little tight but they stretch out after a while deffinalty wount buy anything but these

If u think that belt was bad u should have seen mine when it let go I was on the trails near my house and I have a yerf dog 3203 with a predator 212 and I ride hard I could feel the top end start getting weaker and weaker then all of a sudden it came apart... and I mean IT CAME APART was nothing left but cords and a little bit of rubber haha P.s is that your wives focus and if it is how many clutches has it had haha I work at ford lol
