Super Mario Odyssey had a bunch of COSTUMES that you could buy and they were some of my favorite parts of that game. I honestly love the creativity on display there, so here’s 50 ideas for NEW costumes for a potential Super Mario Odyssey 2! Or I guess whatever they do next for 3D Mario. Enjoy!

Add specific animations for the fire flower, ice flower, and cloud power ups! When Mario throws Cappy from his head, Cappy will transform into a fireball, ice ball, or cloud. To do a Cappy bounce instead of bouncing it’ll do the “burning butt bounce” animation and same for ice. And Cappy could transform into a cloud. Simple way to keep the basic idea of a hat jump but tailor it to the costume :)

That punk Mario photoshop is certainly one of the images of all time :) I really do hope we get some new costumes in the next Mario game though. With lives seemingly gone they’re pretty much the only things giving coins value now. Edit: I now need to see an entire show based on the Mario-Lorian

About your post for Mario Kart 9 my idea is to add a new race tracks based off of the Moon Kingdom from Mario Odyssey, Cascade Kingdom from Mario Odyssey, a Mario Party based track, and Seaside Kingdom track from Mario Odyssey. Plus it could be called the Cap Cup Prix.

Mario costumes: Ness fit mario. Kinda like the kid from mario golf as a costume that is actually in the game but make it with Ness. Lucas Fit mario. Same thing as Ness but the hair would be a wig for cappy since that lucas does not have a hat. Fox: mario would look goofy kinda how the miis wear the fox costume. It would be funny. Picachu mario: Kinda how all of the gals from the norm would wear this. It would be pretty funny too.

This comment doesn't relate so much to the video, but i just wanted to say that: Super Mario Odissey is such a very big and complete game that i can't immagine a possible next gen Mario Game (excluding a possible Odissey 2). So far, with other Mario games, i always had my mind on how would be a possible new Mario game, but after odissey i really can't immagine a New Original Mario Game yk, because, as i said before, it is such a Complete game. Yeah, we have the Mario + Rabbids games but i don't really consider them as a mainline Mario Games. So yeah, just wanted to share this.
