Hello, Keyan. May I suggest you an idea for a video? I had this idea about making Rescue Bots intro in Animated style(I’m surprised no one has done it yet), since both these shows have a lot in common: - The small group of Autobots wake up from stasis only to find themselves in a futuristic town; - They become sort of superheroes of said town, defending it from all kinds of troubles; - The leader of the team has a fire truck as an alt mode + one of the team members is a grumpy red bot(Heatwave is similar to both Animated Optimus and Ratchet); - Another team members include: a happy yellow/orange bot who serves as a kid appeal character, a green big friendly giant bot and a serious bot that has a police vehicle as an alt mode; - The human allies include: a policeman with a moustache, a young dark skinned girl and her genius scientist father, who is responsible for their town being so futuristic. You could use shots with only Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Ratchet and Prowl as “a routine patrol of four bots in stasis”, and then use Optimus shot for “Optimus Prime gave them this mission”, since he DID made it their mission to protect Detroit.

I find it hard to believe that Optimius's middle name is Bartholemew (although it would be funny if the late DJW mentioned it in passing on his twitter or in a live stream) The polycule fun facts feels like something straight out of an ao3 fic. There are so many people that have head cannoned it that to hear it taken at face value is quite jarring. The fact though that really got me is the inspiration DJW got on the current Autobot/Decepticon tensions in the show with the middle east. I love seeing ties to actual war or current politcal critique in transformers because it is at the end of the day, a war story. The similarity with the war on terror and even things like a curfew remind me a bit of the patriot act. These are the kinds of facts that really make me love the world building of this show and of transformers in general! Dont even get me started on the oil crisis and opec and how a war based on a resource crisis was inspiration for gen 1 😆

I have a theory about sari's orgine I'm confident is right! Between the shattered glass description of her and the info from trial of Megatron, I do believe sari was created by the all spark as the first techno organic with the intention that she'd change cybertons view of organics and future cybertronians would also be techno organic as the human race and transformers Co exist as 2 species!
