*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Amazing workout hugely underrated should have more views, great job ! very simple straight to the point.
Love it. I was an RKC and SFG kettlebell instructor for years and it is nice to see a KB video that has exercises that I haven't seen before and overall good form. Keep it up.
@juanesteban89384 жыл бұрын
Would you say it is better to stick to the simplicity of a SFG routine, or it would be ok to switch it up with many excercices as these?
@jasonvansant60284 жыл бұрын
@@juanesteban8938 It really all depends on what you hope to accomplish in your training. SFG routines and usually very specific, but very effective in reaching strength and conditioning goals. On the other hand, mixing things up and doing a bunch of different exercises is certainly fine if the purpose of your training is simply to exercise and keep moving. In general, specific programs that appear to be simple usually have more strength and conditioning benefits than mixing up the workouts each session. Hope this is helpful.

I needed this. Moving away from barbells and maybe even dumbbells. You can really do a ton with just kettlebells. I, personally don't care about "flowing" like people you see on Instagram. I need to buy a heavier kettle bell. These dual 12kg are too light.

2:53 1-Arm Strict Press - The kettlebell has to move along the vertical center line of your body when you press. You must not move it out to sidelong before press.
@kellyntuttle69235 жыл бұрын
that's...not true
@csodarudi86425 жыл бұрын
@@kellyntuttle6923 One of the basic rules of kettlebell is Hips are under the load. A one hand bell is balanced and perfect for this excercise. Kettlebells are not balanced and requires different excercise technique like I mentioned. But it's easy to decide. Try to perform this movement with heavier and heavier kettlebells and you'll naturally feel which way you are able to press it without damaging your shoulders. Every crazy excercise can be done for 1 cycle with sweet pink kettlebells. But the red ones (32 kg) and above teach you how to be humble.
