please teach on cleaning the large volume nebulizer: does the whole thing need to be cleaned (lid, straw and all)? what should be used to clean it? how often should it be cleaned? how often shouldthe bottle be replaced with a new one?

i know you say you recommend a six 6ft hose. at night the this machine is loud and throws out heat so we keep it in the bathroom with about 10ft of hose. should i adjust the pressure with the knob to increase the mist?

Distilled water. Just add distilled water to the bottle, no higher than the fill line. Thanks for watching!
