Hey Havoc, I don't think it was ever included, but if you use the classic scenery the eagle range will not fully load (the white circles), but for example at the 10th aniversery scenery you can see the whole range. It's pretty useless, but cool, otherwise cool video ❤

The blacksmith building stores the ores in it and since in the game coding it's a resource and the blacksmith so happens to store it, it is treated in same way as the other storages even though you can't loot it. Would be crazy tho... 🥶
