50 Square Meter Lot

This is a House Tour of Two Storey Residence in 50 square meter lot area. It has a width of 5.0 meters along road and depth of 10.0 meters length, it is regular in shape and located in corner lot. The roof style of the house is characterized by lean to roof or "shed type". The idea of the house is open plan or sharing of spaces in ground floor, having a floor area of 22.26 square meter while the second floor is for sleeping area only, but I provided a terrace to feel the outdoor air and view. The floor area of second floor is 31.86 square meter. It has a two (2) toilet and bath - one for ground floor and one in second floor.
Provision of one carport is also included having a pedestrian and garage gate. The front setback of the house from road is 5.00 meters and the remaining is for buildable area.
The right and left portion is firewall while the rear portion is having a mini garden.
