I mean, I always felt Legends Arceus made Shinies _too_ common and de-valued them with the busted new mechanics & exploits. I feel finding a Shiny is so much more of an Occasion in Scarlet & Violet because of how _discrete_ it is. All that explosion of joy, in inside of you when you realise your discovery. _That_ is the Perfect aura of a shiny for me.
