Great video Seve :) You suggested me very good ideas and your videos are always brilliant and positive. I ve also quit most of those 50. Simplicity gives me peace and joy. There is one more thing we both ( I guess ?) quit which is consuming animal products. It helped me a lot in being more conscious and present while I purchase something. And also I don't waste time anymore waiting for long food digestions. (But that's a big bonus, first of all I am vegan for the animals)

I think many times this is something cultural. This is a very good video. Thank you for making it 👍👍

Good video, great topic! Here are my additions: - Quit complaining. Talking about your problems with someone and asking for an advice might help, but portraying them as a matter of your bad luck or just telling about it to 10 people wont do anything. Waste of time and emotions. - Quit eating excessive sugars. Sugar is a fuel for your brain, but dophamine is lile a drug - your brain wants more and more. I always notice how sugar deprivation affects my emotional self-control, and then it settles down after a few days of eating less sugar. Simplifies a lot of stuff (at least for me). - Quit trying to prove something to someone. You're not gonna change a person's view in an instant. Especially online lol - Quit forcing a creative output. As David Lynch said "Get a setup and just wait".

About memory issues, my memory started to sharpen back up again when I simplified my diet to not include grains of any kind, seed oils (also known as vegetable oils), sugars, vegetables, and fruits (except a few berries once in awhile). The change was nothing short of a miracle. It keeps getting better even after 2 years of simplifying my diet this way. I love being able to remember better now. Also, something to consider- if you take anything with Diphenhydramine HC (the active ingredient in Benadryl) or a similar drug class, it will ruin your memory and causes dementia). Best of luck to you in your journey! ❤

For sure! Just remember it can't always be tidy, and 15 years from now you might even miss all the mess your kids were doing 🌱

I think the only thing I cant do from your list is no. 48. I live in a humid tropical country where I feel sticky if I dont shower twice a day. Sometime I manage to take shower once if the weather is cold enough.

I totally get it 😄 I live in the very-non-tropical North of Europe where most of the people take showers daily. Used to do that too but now I don't care to do so unless I sweat a lot

I am from India and in my culture - taking a shower daily and that too in the morning before saying your prayer is an absolute must if you are not sick. It is so deeply ingrained into my mind that I feel uncomfortable even thinking about not taking shower. Because I don't eat anything before I have prayed. I can't pray before taking shower...

A lot of good ones on the list. You also make a good job in presenting them more or less as a “pick and choose” list, and that you don’t portray it as if every tip is a need. Even though this list shares some tips with all the “X habits of successful people” videos I really hate (and I don’t think you can mimic) your presentation is much more laid back and guilt free and focusing on what really matters, getting yourself to enjoy your life on your own terms. Good job, from a friendly neighbour 🇸🇪.

Tack 🤗 That was the goal as well. Not to tell you what to do but give some inspiration!

Love your video! But how does your necklace serve you?
@SunnyKindJourney5 ай бұрын
Great question! The value I get from those is about self-expression. The jewellery I have, all have a story behind them. When I see or wear those, I feel certain emotions attached to them. So these are one of the few items I own, that don't have a real practical value but an emotional one. I couldn't care less about some "icy" diamond necklaces or bracelets 😄

I remember the first time I heard about the hobby "shopping", through a survey..."what a joke" I was totally shocked; "shopping is not a hobby"... now, maybe 10-15 years later I catch myself in the grasp of some marketer and realize its a reality, or even a habit hard to realize I'm affected by. Its pretty cool how a national survey caught this, years before most average citizens realized or knew it was a "Thing". Lets not let "retail therapy" actually be a "therapy" or actual escape mechanism for hard-working individuals, or even ANY individual. Us living in the Nordics have a massive luxury, but remember; there are country's with 1/10´th(or even less GDPPC), they don't have the luxury of planning their future.... 2, 5, 10 or even 30 years. Don't take the life you´ve been given for granted, or worse; don't expect a certain standard of living. What is you´re greatest vanity? Think about it, really! Many years ago I understood that a simple measure of my imprint / consumption can easily be measured through how much trash I generate. If anyone is still reading: What have I quit recently? the assumption that most people understand what is good for "them".... or more to the point : good for us. Oh... and there is ofc much more behind this rant, but I think its time to shut up and give my thanks to the contemporary Finnlander for reminding me we live in the absolute luxury of our time :) Greetings from Norway :)
