Hear me out- Calling this destroyer bad is a simple skill issue, you have used too much dazhou & Basisty that's why you are used to play easy destroyers and can't handle kylin.

Pure skill issue. Basisty & Anchar are easy to use while kylin takes skill to use... It's much faster and is a stealth destroyer.... Calling kylin trash is just a skill issue. Get better.

No, it isn't bad. But it's not simple one push button to launch all. Finger exercise would improve performance.Don't use guided grenades on kaylin else it will drop dps significantly.
