@jackieroemmele5196 - I hear you Jackie, however Quality Assurance is about checking the process (not the product). QA happens in executing. In QC, the technique used would be one reflecting on the why the deliverable or end-result is what it is. Retrospective or Lessons Learned. It is a tough question but eye-opening. Quality Assurance must come before deliverable verification.
