Can you be rational and realistic there is no way you've done 500 hundred reps daily for 30 days and the results speaks for itself, if you really have done 500 reps that will be to much to your muscles.

Its not impossible. But its not for everyday.. its something that you should really focus on one days challenge and perform 500 pull ups . otherwise if you do it everyday you actually don't build muscle, you dont really improve your reps count but you sore your self, you overtrain, you injure yourself and there is no progression on anything. Trust me , i have done something like that ..you dont build muscle like that , you lose muscle like but of course you increase the descipline you have and thats great

The video is called 500 pull-ups a day! but you're only showing 20 reps.. if you pulled up 500 times a day, then already on the first day the skin would have peeled off your palms and you would not be able to pull up at all the next day!

Nah he didn't eat enough but Ive done this style of training you will get jacked used to do a 1000 pushups a day and got huge but you have to make sure to eat a lot of calories

I do 800 pullups every month plus weight exercises and other bar exercises too . Earlier i thought 500 per day and I thought my god even david goggins did around 8000 per month and how can anybody do 15000 per month and not be in the Guiness pull up world record. Anyway good brother , keep it up .
