Mr. Gursimran Singh Oberoi, MD & Founder of IPB, ਹਨ, ਦੂਜੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ। Tool & Die Technology Diploma ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣੇ ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ, ਸੋਨੀਪਤ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ Politics ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਛੱਡ ਆਏ। ਫਿਰ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਆਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਖੋਲਣ ਦਾ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ IPB ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਿਥੇ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ ਬਚਿਆ ਨੂੰ Training ਦੇਕੇ Banks ਵਿੱਚ Job ਲਗਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਦਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਪਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਣਿਆ।

Mr. Gursimran Singh Oberoi, MD & Founder of IPB, was in the second grade when his father died, He started working only after his Diploma in Tool & Die Technology, sometimes he went to Himachal, Sonipat, and Delhi. He became a victim of some politics there and left work. Then he came back and thought of opening his own business and he made IPB where nowadays he gives training to Students and gets him a job in Banks but before that he had to face a lot of difficulties but today he tells how he managed all this.
