That does not seem fair of them to keep your vendor fee if they cancel it because of the weather. I’ve never had coordinators do that. They always reschedule the date or refund us the money. We only do not get a refund if we don’t show up to the market and we didn’t call ahead of time to cancel.

Aw really? That seems nice for your coordinators to do that. Yeah, I’ve had it happen multiple times where they just keep the fee and don’t reschedule because it’s in the contract 😔
