Yes but he's made like 10 videos of jet engines and it's quite simple to make one. A steam car would actually be a lot more interesting from an engineering stand point and mechanically more diverse.

at the same time, handling exhaust that hot (cant use oil) and keeping the pulsejet running under the pressure caused by a turbine is a challenge in itself; if you stop the exhaust flowing out, it stops the pulsejet from working. Steam you just heat a tank and run through turbine, you don't need to tweak it to make it work. he also would have to make some cooling for the pulsejet to stop it melting while he drives. This could literally just be a water tank with steam flowing into the turbine too.
