In terms of where we are today with manufacturing of bolt on performance parts and entire kits that let you swap to almost anything it isn't that big of a deal to say you make 500 horse any more, a few simple upgrades to an rb25 will easily get you this and that's before you need to get surgical and 400hp is not uncommon on an rb20 engine but I'm from New Zealand, so maybe its different in the states but I can agree with anyone who is involved in the car scene that to make big hp isn't as hard or as expensive as it once was. As this video proves and everyone seems so impressed by his little V8 powered silvia... How many times have we had to see just another ls swapped S chassis.. Good show from the kid but I'm over seeing silvias every single day where I am so maybe it's just an American thing to get all drooly over another LS motor making an effortless 500whp in a shoebox sized s chasis, big power small car that's the recipe right there.
@oskarwasilewski9246 жыл бұрын
Wade Brennan-Millar what i mean by that guys in the uk and japan drift cars 300whp or lower and they throw it harder than people having 500 600 800whp and the keep up with cars that have over 500whp. Its all about the technique in my opinion your more of a badass if u can drive a 300whp car harder tgen guys having 2 or 3 times more.
@wadebrennan-millar30286 жыл бұрын
@@oskarwasilewski924 totally agree man, the Toyota ae86 base is a perfect example of what your talking about in terms of lower end power yet it can throw down with the best of them providing the person in the hot seat knows what they're doing. That is the joy of anything with a motor, and after watching this the kid knows lines but a build like that can also take a lot of the effort and skill required so it's 50/50 for me on this vid
