Awesome inspiration! :) Seen the video like zillion times. The sound (and everything) is sick. I'm going to our local shop on Monday to ask about the exhaust and cat delete and possibly a bigger turbo. I already have COBB accessport and tuned my car to 100octane gas, and it should be now at +- 385hp without any hw modification. After seeing this video I'm addicted, and I want more :D No way our local shop can go near to 500+whp, but anything more than 385hp will be better than 385hp :). Greetings from Czechia.

Damn, mine runs a 12.3 on a full tank of gas and fully loaded. Maybe a 12 if I track prepped it. And I thought mine was fast. Thats nuts.

@@SlowestRS Literally everything except big turbo. And no aux fuel. Just e30 tune. Depending on the day, 400-415 hp/tq to the wheels. I can list it all when I get on my laptop. My clutch chatters a lot too. That dual Xclutch "organic" with LW flywheel and shaft delete. Makes it sound like its broken.

@@SlowestRS I would be happy to drop in the high to mid 11s and leave it alone. I dont want to gut the car, and I dont want to go big turbo and aux fuel. Too much money and hassle for this car. If I want big power I will just hop in my C7. Mg RS tears apart corners and is by far more fun than my vette in the backroad hillside drives. But nothing is easier, and makes more power per dollar than a v8.

Kalyi89 that’s an ignorant comment lol. Have you ever driven a stick shift car with that much power? Depending on what gear and how much power you’re running, most people drive with one hand on the wheel and one on the shifter. Plenty of people running 600+hp vehicles do the same thing if you’ve ever seen any videos of drag strip runs, or pulls in low gear, etc.

@@davidestrada3059 these rules don't apply on the streets. The hands are supposed to be on the steering wheel. You only put the hand on the stick shift the moment you change any gear. Not the rest of the time. In a drag strip you don't have to avoid obstacles or people crossing....

pokest225 what you seem to don’t understand is that is all fine and dandy in a normal car. But when going from 1st-2nd-3rd in a 500+hp stick shift, you are shifting in a matter of 2 seconds or so. I rode in this car with Jorge, those shifts come fast. It’s much more efficient to leave the hand on the shifter for the shorter gears.

Checked out the website and it looks promising. How much all-in for built short block with the Darton sleeves, big turbo, fuel upgrades, etc.? I'm trying to decide if I want to build the RS or swap it for an RS3 or Godzilla. I'm FBO and love driving the RS, but if I'm spending 70K, I might as well go big, lol. Thanks bro!

Please don't tell me you'd actually consider spending that money on a Focus. Look at your interior then the interior of those other cars then choose lol.. those other cars are on a different level than the RS. All out power just does not trump the positives of those other cars.

You're also talking about a car that's at minimum 25K less than the options I mentioned. The seats, steering wheel, and the shifter are just fine for me as I bought the car for pure driving experience, not luxury.

I'm worried.about voiding the warranty on my RS I've had a few problems with mine and if I mod it the warranty is out the window is there anything I can mod and still keep my warranty I have a factory and extended warranty from the ford dealer

Only done drive train relate is Twin Disc Ceramic Clutch/Eibach Lowering springs. Everything else is OEM. It is not just a straight line car. I’ll be building suspension here soon

Danova RS that’s a good start. With the intercooler, pipes, and sparks. You could of kept your access port and download ots maps from cobb. Or take it to a tuner. No need to buy a whole new ap. So you won’t be at a loss of money from selling the ap.
