Tom as a young man (23) and long time viewer, I feel as though these videos are my way of cheating the system. A plethora of wisdom, humor and badassery that is leaps and bounds beyond anything I’ve come across through the interwebs. Your videos always leave me feeling privileged yet unworthy of such a vast expanse of knowledge at my age. I imagine looking back in a few decades and thinking what roads I could’ve went down without these lessons. Much luv good sir. Larry is the man.

Thanks for everything Larry you make us all look forward to playing guitar for the next couple decades of our life and careers!

OK, I'm on the other end of the age spectrum, and I'm wondering - how does UL ever wind this thing down? Does one of his sons take it over in 10 years? I Hope I'm around long enough to see what happens (I plan on it).

Working at a music shop definitely helped me get over the GAS thing. I test pedals every single day and the biggest takeaway is how many sound exactly the same across a hugely broad range of prices, and how many really cheap pedals actually sound better than some very expensive ones.

Man, you are definitely doing something right. For 2 years straight, every video that I have watched has been a “breath of fresh air”. There are a lot of guys out there who are cool for 15 minutes and then they sort of fade away. You, Uncle Larry, are bigger than any trend or fad out there. You sir are a legend.

Uncle Larry, This wasn't painful at all. I really enjoyed your honest..no polish..evaluation. I know it comes from decades of real experience. That is so much more useful,to me, a semi professional, than a polished product demo where the presenter is afraid to mention a pedals shortcomings. Thats just how I see it. Those videos, are to me, entertainment. This video is useful knowledge. Thank you, as always.

Tom, Still reeling from the Dan Huff 200 video! So much fun,! I felt like I had gone back 30 years. So many concerts and great records, that you and Dan and I am sure a ton of listeners had almost identical interests. Thank you for sharing the time with Dan. I had gone down a similar road as Dan going to Dimeola's Casino concert tour in '78. I have seen him 6 times. Eric Johnson 4 times. Now I have to come down to 3rd and Lindsey and catch you or on a Joe Walsh Tour. I can't wait! You always make us feel like we are part of the elite. Tom, I just watched an interview with Sarah Buxton on KZbin (I think it was called Bobbycast). I had no idea she was a prolific song writer as well as a singer. Another interesting thing was, I watched your video with Dan Huff. Sarah mentioned he produced her record. I really enjoyed both videos. I’ve been watching your vids since you started your channel. It’s the one show I look forward to more than any other. Thanx Tom. Much love.

Hey Uncle Larry, I've been gigging around my region since 1985. Lotta time spent learning how to navigate through the music life, "guitar player guy", odyssey. Hi Tom, when you gave the advice that learning Beatles songs is fundamental, I took it to heart and spent the past few years learning a couples Beatles songs per month by ear (jotting down bass, chord, melody). Thank you so much, it has truly enriched and advanced my playing. By the way, the guitar hook to "She Loves You" is minor over major. I kinda like it... but it's the exception to the rule, just like Pedalmania. Sorry this comment had nothing to do with Pedalmania. Love the channel!
