Six giants of global gastronomy - Dominique Crenn, Enrique Olvera, Daniela Soto-Innes, Lara Gilmore, Gaggan Anand and Virgilio Martínez - formed the line up for the latest edition of #50BestTalks: Voices for Change, Championing a Diverse Future, presented by Miele, at Dogpatch Studios in San Francisco.
The event was a series of talks and a panel discussion giving a platform to some of the finest chefs in the world to come together and talk about their community projects and how they push for social change, followed by a culinary feast at Angler, the new restaurant from Joshua Skenes and the team behind Saison.
