My students are making these in my Power Mechanics class at school. I wanted to know how effective the rear braking is? Does it help stop the cart at all or does it just cause skidding? Does it cause flat spots on the rear wheels? Would just a front brake be enough? Thanks!

Damn kid, I was impressed with how you worked in the woods. Then see you in a machine shop and the knowledge of how to really build stuff. I was a machinist, maintenance man my entire life. Always building or making something. How long did it take for you to buy and build the shop. I guess YTube pays better than I thought. Son you are a lucky boy, with the support your parents give you and your desire to do things. You have a great future ahead. Enjoy watching you work.

Thank you sir. The workshops is ours dad's, we can use it as we like. The big lathe was at a friend's workshop, it's not ours. Concerning the money we have to first register a business so we don't get sued (taxes and so on). We didn't receive a cent yet

I was kidding about YTube, I known nothing about how that works, except some people make a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$ I know a few that make over 1/2 million, and a bunch that quit their jobs at 200,000 subscribers. From what I've heard it really has to do with content to get good advertising. In my option you have it, just keep it up, each video and the number of viewers is what adds up. Look up a guy I think it's something like bbstar he figures the amount each site makes, not exact just close. Two different guys I watch have .about 1.2-1.3. Million subscribers making close to or over 1/2 million. Can you live on that? Heck you could put HVAC IN Your cabin. What did you put on your rear tires to spin/drift. Is it pic?

Your 1000% right. Get the education, I didn't have the opportunity but was lucky enough to get into a machine shop, and my boss was a tool/die maker. Right now YTube is big money but that may not last, your education will last as long as you do. You will continue to add to it as you go through life. I am proud of you, just don't wreck the bike again.

( MAN ) is why & to blame for all our problems now, all due to greed, & power, I know your young, & thinking, this dude is out there, I'm just trying to help our planet, & trying educate as many people that's willing to listen ,to the facts of our dieing planet, we all have to help reverse what our government is & has destroyed if we wanna keep on surviving life as we known it to be, I'm not crazy, or a lunatic, I'm just tired of what's going on around me, & I believe we all need to educate ourselves when it comes to our life on this planet, oh & I'm already prepared for all the comments about to come my way from this comment, but I don't care what they throw at me , these will be the people that have no clue, & need to be educated, but you kids are bad ass, & very talented, but just think about what I've said in this comment, think about it, it's your generation now, do something about these problems that's soon about to hit you in the face, real soon, way before your ready for it , but by then it will be to late, it's young people like you that have a brain, are the one's that can make a change, our planet needs intelligent young people like yourselves, all I can say is good luck, ya ever stop & wonder why the government's allowing them jets to fly overhead & spray their bullshit spray out on the planet, what's that all about, & why are they doing it, furthermore, why is our government allowing it, it's their planet as well as their children's children, & we have no say in that ,& wasn't even told they were going to do it, we couldn't vote on it , they're just doing it, & why, ?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 But great jobs guys love your work

You did very well on this build too! That angle iron must have come from a bed or couch frame. The thought of making the back half of your frame into a Trailer Hitch Type configuration was indeed a very good idea, considering that much of that kind of material is available at no cost. Your stick welding is very good. Are you still enrolled into a Technical Trades School or is it that perhaps your own Father has taught you this? What was the final gear ratio of the sprocket size and number of teeth that you ended up going with?? Which region of Germany do you live in? That trike surely must have brought out the "Wild Child" in You!
@JustRandomPfusch
@JustRandomPfusch 5 жыл бұрын
Got the iron at a scrapyard. Our father taught us to weld, now my brother is doing a apprenticeship as industrial mechanic and I'm studying Engineering. I'll have to look up the exact ratio on the gears. We're from Bavaria. Yes, the trike is good fun!
