Great video - you did not mention 'standing tall' and 'owning your space'. And smiling. If you walk into a room, slouching and looking nervous - no one will 'believe' in you. Walk tall, smile with your eyes and mouth and know that you are a great person, and that works wonders and is FREE.

Hi D! I loved this video and I talked out loud to myself about many of your tips! My husband also likes your videos, he said it's because they make me happy, but I think he actually likes listening to you! I've been following your advice for nearly 2 years now (my how time flies by) and it has changed my life in so many different ways. My confidence went sky high, my desire to get out of my house and go places came into being, my wardrobe choices COMPLETELY changed and, AND, I'm SO MUCH HAPPIER NOW, all because of your advice. In this video you went over some key things that I've done, per your advice; #1 Invest in a few good pieces. I did that with sunglasses, purses and shoes, just a few, but I feel REGAL when I have them on. I walk taller, I make eye contact with others because I'm confident in my look with these few GOOD pieces, even if I'm wearing Walmart clothes. #2 Tailored clothes- I'm 5 foot tall, so NOTHING fits as it should, so I found a tailor, per your advice last year, and took my well made trousers to be fitted. #3 Dress up at every opportunity. I started doing this last year, per your advice, and started going out to lunch once a week just so that I could get dressed up! THAT was a real game changer for me! My entire day was centered around pampering myself, hair and nails and the perfect outfit that I spent days thinking about. #4 Neutral colors. I started wearing white, a LOT of white, because you suggested it. I had always worn black and navy, the perfect base colors for office attire. I haven't worked in 20 years, but was still wearing black and navy. NO MORE SISTER! My neutral color is now WHITE! White pants and shorts are my go-to base, and anything goes on the top, but it always has white around my face. #5 Color combos- you taught me all about color combos, and my favorites are Royal Blue and White, Emerald Green and White, Turquoise blue and Orange and Grey and White or grey on grey (or gray, if you wish). I look remarkably good in the right tone of grey! Thanks again for a great and informative video- Love you!!!

When I had my colours done it was suggested as an Autumn black and white are out but navy, charcoal grey and browns are in for me. I think charcoal grey and ivory look lovely together. Usually I wear navy though, charcoal grey is difficult to come by. Thanks for your tips.👍

As always, you’ve provided us with fantastic tips! My wardrobe consist of a lot of high quality pieces but I’ve never paid full price for anything I have because I only shop during sales or using discount codes 😂 Regarding getting clothes that are well fitting, I tend to buy trousers with a discreet elastic back waistband so it always fits well, even on my bloated days. I recently started adding navy color to my wardrobe, it really is quite classy! I love Navy & Red combo but only when navy is the dominant color with little red accents, eg monochrome navy outfit, with red heels/red jewelry/red bag/ red sunglasses/scarf. Orange also works, but I prefer red. I’ve gotten quite bored of black, although it works for my skin tone, I prefer Navy as my dark option lately. Thanks for sharing with us !

Love the navy shirt - but I always find navy shirts difficult to match i.e I couldn't wear a navy shirt with a light 'bottom' - which leaves the only other option - navy 'bottoms' - which are likely to be a 'different' navy. A conundrum!
