How much volume do you guys do wholesaling off the mls?

We don't wholesale nearly as much as it might seem. We're actually focused on acquiring rentals - mostly properties with very low equity, but that have loans with an interest rate of 2.7% or lower and buying them subject-to more than actually wholesaling. But to give you an idea of volume, conservatively we have 10 -20 active contracts at any given time.

I kept reading and answers my own question. How do you set the parameters/filters to show you low equity? Also, does pricy show the current loan’s interest rate, or do you figure that out when calling the owners and agents?
