That view is gorgeous, worth a million just for that alone. Right in the middle of the kitchen I'd have a square wood chopping block, 1mx1m for making pizza. Oh yeah, needs a Gaggenau 28" pizza oven.

You could control all the Meile appliances with that media room control panel too, preheat the oven, start up a pot of coffee, turn on the dishwasher etc. They have Wi-Fi. I have Frigidaire, they don't have any fancy upgrades. So jealous.

Meile built-in gas and convection ovens as well as a Meile cooktop and coffee maker. That also looks like a Meile fridge. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they got a great deal on a Meile dishwasher and W/D combo too.

I tried to comment my feedback in Facebook but I forgot I'm banned for another 11 days. My feedback...Whoever is doing your camera work needs to learn what a tripod is, B-roll is (he had some at the beginning), voice-overs are, and proper lighting. Try writing a script next time so you can tick off everything you want to talk about. Some people like me can wing it and talk for a year straight without ever stumbling. you should record the audio separately with a Zoom Recorder so you can easily remove stuff or add it in to elimate long pauses. I think you spent far too much time talking about the little features like the office area. People who have 7 Million you don't need to sell on the little things like shelves with lighting. These poeple are most likely having their decorator come in and take care if all that for them. I have no idea what the layout or the floor plan is without reference. The iPad that controls everything controls everything no more needed to say about it. Did we only see one of the balconies in a house on the 50th floor. What's a over the bathroom? An attic? How many bedrooms did we see them all? What's the square feet? Oh that lighting in the hallway is recessed lighting. It looked like the second deck connected to another door was that the bathroom of the other bedroom? You could see the camera man's reflection in the mirror in the master 😂. So is there 3 patios or 2? I'd say you need to sell the view more with some long sweeping shits explaining what your looking over. You should have a floorplan for reference as well almost like how video games use a heads up display in the corner of the screen. Are their neighbors s above you? Beside you? You have this available in Mandarin and Cantonese right, because that's your target market I'd say for that price. You can see my old house from the master bedroom across the water on Creekside drive beside the Burrard Street bridge overlooking fisherman's wharf. I'm not sold for 7 million at all. Are there any amenities included? Oh wait your not even selling the place it was just a tour? 🤔 Wow there even more that should have been mentioned now that I know that. Think about filming an introduction that explains all that 15-30 seconds explaining who you are and what you show us I figured you were selling the place until the end screen. There's more but I've given enough free advice out for one night.

And, it's totally doable for this price.
