Ah...ok. I was thinking it was virgin earth, so it really had me wondering. That would also explain why the operator didn't think it was anything to look twice at. Thanks for the follow up.

I might do it a little different myself but this operator is conservative and easy on the machine. Probably highly valued trait by the machine's owner seeing as how it doesn't get a lot of maintenance. They can't be bothered to shovel the tracks. The counterweight has been in deep mud. Maybe not a classy company.
