Why are you checking each battery? If they are all in parallel, it will of course always show the same value? Especially as you are charging at the same time! You are pretty much just measuring the output voltage of the charger 54 times :)

Yousun, greetings. Thank you for the video. I also perform parallel charging similar to yours @2A for 20 Batteries. But I have not used a Current limiter in circuit. But so far I haven’t come across an issue so far. Now since you recommend a limiter, I am intrigued and may inset 0.27 Ohms? 2Watts? in circuit. I am STILL looking forward to an assembled SPOT WELDING UNIT from you. I’m sure you are planning on fully assembled unit for sale. Let me know the cost of it. Thanks.

A current limiting resistor is required, otherwise the battery charging current is likely to be too large.

nice, i use this charging method , but i dont use the resistors....have any problems whit that?! i was thinking the current distributes equally among the cells, dont?!

The voltage between the batteries must not differ too much, otherwise there will be overcurrent problems.

Why I cant measure the current drawn by the battery while charging??

The charging current can be measured. Please use the multimeter jack black ground and red current A pole.

@@yousun2827 i did the same what you did but doesnt work still. I use unregulated power supply. Then series with dc to dc buck converter then last is 18650 batt.
