You may want to try acrylic latex interior housepaint for this.Dries stretchy not stiff like regular acylic paint.

You answered my question!! So acrylic is harder that lasted. Makes sense. I even have a nice latex color. Maybe some acrylic on top.

It's possible to glaze over the central image with Modge Podge.

Very beautiful! Would love to try on old vinyl purse I have. What is the name of the gold tube paint you used for the smallest dots please? I have tried one for ceramics but it leaves sharp points on top of each dot instead of making them round. Thank you!

Those big spots must be made with puffy paint.

elastic varnish? which one? i heard first time

Not every acrylic varnish can give an elastic layer. If the varnish layer on textile or leather will be not elastic. it will not withstand loads. There are no some special recommendations about varnish mark because in different countries there are different materials. As for me I use an "Idea" glossy varnish
