Preciosa casa. Sugiero añadir un medio baño bajo las escaleras. Un pequeño fallo es que te has olvidado añadir ventanas en una de las habitaciones de la primera planta, fácilmente solucionable añadiendola hacia cualquiera de las 2 fachadas, o a ambas, lo que además mejoraría su aspecto exterior. Me encantó la habitación principal en la planta baja. Y el despacho loft. Fantástico. Gracias.

Lovely design, very similar to much of what is being done here in North America. Hardly a "tiny house", here this would likely be the beginning of the luxury home group. It looks like the design could easily be modified to add a garage on the ground floor, with space above for additional bedrooms. And, of course, it would be trivial to provide an unfinished basement, accessible from inside the house via a stairway under the existing one up to the First Floor.

This is a good, functional plan. The ground floor needs guest access to a toilet, and the kitchen needs more storage, though the understairs space could be for pantry use if not needed to access a basement. The fridge is somewhat removed from the rest of the kitchen. These are all details that could be remedied.

I would like it better if there was a 1/2 bath on the first floor so guests didn't have to go through the 1st floor bedroom, or go upstairs
