The layout of this house is Perfect for my husband and I! We would use the second living room space to put a tournament size pool table in. We would also eliminate the counter seating and install a narrow bookshelf for cook books and antique serviceware . We would also add a small island in the kitchen. We would definitely add a two car garage with a usable second floor. The cinder block walls would be replaced with another building material. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. I Love it!!!💗

I think you have the right idea, it just needs tweaking. I don’t think using the cinder block is bad however I would paint over it or add drywall. As for lack of TV as one as mentioned, who cares. Personally, I detest having a TV over a fireplace. I like how you have it in another room.

Interesting design; the exterior would fit into just about any residential area here in North America. A trivial detail that would probably have to be addressed for most purchasers would be that the only path into the dining room is through the kitchen (easily rectified if desired). Color choice is immaterial, as different cultures in different parts of the world have different tastes that vary with time. In my experience, ANY color from any manufacturer will cost the same amount per gallon for the same grade of paint. As built, most houses now use wallboard which is commonly white -- you paint it any color you want (or have this done by the builder). If the house has already been painted, you can always paint/wallpaper over whatever is there.

The basic design is ok. There are changes I would definitely make. Stairs to 2nd story are much too narrow as is the landing and hallway at the top of the stairs. That area also needs some natural light as does that upstairs bath. Between the family room and kitchen/dining I would definitely make some changes. Would have to think about it for a bit to decide. Definitely needs at minimum a carport attached to the house. I would like my patio screened. Love the pool. Needs a small shed for the pool chemicals, hoses, etc.

Very odd. Too much white. Too many doors. Don't need 2 living rooms. Could had used a pantry, and how about more linen/utility/ storage closets?

For me, the concrete blocks on the interior make it look cold and uninviting. I'm sorry, just not a fan of this one.

What’s up with the cinder blocks? Feel like you’re in an old run down institution. Dark and drab. The entire thing needs to be scrapped

Weird house. Ugly house with waste of space. I would be depressed in it. Would rather have a garage than a second family room.

Exterior is great, but interior furniture, flooring walls “decor” looks like someone sorry but… threw up in it. Love the layout.

Bad layout. No door to outside from the kitchen but instead you have door to the bedroom?? The second living area should be swapped with the kitchen instead

Worst design, horrible cinder block looking walls, what a waste of space to have a “living room” with a fireplace where no one will use because it is not the tv room. Dangerous stairs. Bad design

Once you have the house built, you can utilise the rooms any way you want them. You don’t have to have two living rooms and the tv can go anywhere, or have two tv’s , or no tv. A house is just an empty structure for you to do your own thing in! 😊

It does rather give the impression of a massive igloo. Such a contrast between the sweet looking exterior and the icy interior .

Going to disagree with you. I detest seeing a TV above a fireplace. Sometimes I just want to go in a room w/o a TV. What I would do is make a smaller room for reading with a fireplace. Kind of like a library
