Also, guys how lucky are we to have a content creator which not only asks for suggestions, but makes entire videos based off of them. And this one is awesome for the exact reasons listed in the description. I love these videos because I can truly utilize them however I’m feeling at the moment. I can treat them as tools to improve upon militaristic practice of rigorous exercises that discipline myself for my “great purpose” as a young male. Or I can use them to fall into a nurtured, loved+loving state of hearing and (hopefully) listening+comprehending. Or just using them as wholesome background noise with the knowledge that it IS good for me and my environment 🙏🏼 💌

Great question! Of course, I'm not a doctor and what I share is based on research and personal experience... I listen to frequencies for extended periods of time often and have no problems with it. But everyone is different. Listen to your body and intuition. If you feel any discomfort, just stop listening for a bit. Sound healing shouldn't be uncomfortable. I hope this helps!
