Once you have control over your mind, EVERYTHING is possible! 💕🌿Meditate in fresh air, get sunshine, exercise, lots of water throughout the day, proper sleep, cutting out things like instant coffee, tefal pans, and Bluetooth headphones out of your life, they’re all really toxic for you. Washing your fruits and vegetables to get rid of some of the pesticides, buy organic as much as you can💕🌿These are all things that effect your brain pattern.
