Tracy, I did your workouts 5 days in a row. So happy about it. Feels very good. As always, I was hesitant to commit to 53 min workout but so glad I did! I think it is important for the workout to be challenging enough to be sore but not too hard, so you don't want to come back for another one. It seems like your workouts hit just the right spot for me.

What a burner! It was hard but was worth every minute. I’m really enjoying these straight strength workouts. It’s allowing me to push to use heavier weights and more reps because the fatigue from the cardio isn’t there. Thank you Tracy ❤

Wow, haven’t work out for three days 12 hour shift. This is a killer. But I did it. I started with the heavy weight, but I have to lower it down because I couldn’t keep up . I figure stick with the work out and finish. as always, thank you.

Loved this total body strength workout! We hit everything, and got that progressive overload with 3 rounds of each.👍I feel kinda shaky all over! 😅 Sorry for the sound problem, Tracy! That must have been so disappointing after putting so much work into making the video. 😞But you did a fantastic job with the voice-over! 👍The timing was perfect on all of the cues, and it worked out just fine. Great workout! ❤
