今日ちょうどお店でアンコウのぶつ切りが売られていたので、以前の動画で見た蒲焼をアンコウでやってみました。粉をつけるところまでは上手く行きました。😂 身は弾力があるけど柔らかく、ジューシーで、だけどなにかひと味足りないです。アンコウの調理編、待ってます😁 板さんのコレクション、持ってかれちゃったの！？？あきれた人がいたもんだねー。会話を聞いててサザエさんの歌思い出しちゃった😅
