Looks like you press on. Nice "look back," The ability to look back when the catheter and wheel chair arrive is why I started filming my outdoor content to begin with. Nice video.

I have about the same number of years in solo paddlecraft but after two recent experiences with vertigo for safety's sake I realized that I needed to better self-insure my return to my lovely wife by switching to rowing. It was a very easy transition and the peace of mind that I now have paddling a Whitehall Wherry, a boat large enough for me to fall into rather than out of is most comforting (for both of us). Retire from work? Certainly. Retire from being on the water? Never! Regards from Poulsbo, WA, John

Never look back! You can't change the past, but you may shape the future.

I may be looking back in a rowing shell with a sliding seat, but I am moving forward! :)

If you are starting your rowing journey at older age you should check this talk by David Wing who started rowing at 73. He also wrote an inspirational book with his thoughts about rowing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2mvkKWVbZeLhrs
