Our Honda CB550 powered Little Tikes go kart is back! We revive the Cozy Coupe 550 and our Hot Rod Mouse mini bike and drive down to Texas, where we spend the week at Go Power Sports headquarters and the weekend at the Pate Swap Meet, one of the biggest swap meets in the US. We get the cozy coupe go kart and vintage mini bike running again, take them for a test drive around Go Power Sports, and then take them out to the swap meet to cruise around.
Thanks for Watching!

Love the Cozy Coupe! Henry Ford bought wooden boxes from my great-grandfather's lumber company (RT Jones Lumber Co) built to specific dimensions and took them apart to use as Model T floorboards. I was told that it was cheaper to buy complete boxes than to order the cut lumber. RT Jones was friends with Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone.

John, a few hours west of where the Pace was held, in West Texas, there are several wrecking yards full of "50s, '60s and '70s cars, slowly deteriorating in dry, dusty conditions. The rubber and plastics are shot but most of the metal is there. Good to see the CC 550 out and about! Too many of ya'll's older projects "disappear" into the shed! FR

I love the cozy coupe!!! But I do really like the hot rod mouse as well. I'm working on my own cool little project now. A couple of years back, I built my racing lawn mower. I flipped it at close to 50mph, and basically obliterated the frame. I started building a whole new custom frame, but I stopped, mainly because I didn't have the engine I really wanted, and I lost interest. But recently I found a unique replacement for the wore out engine. I made a deal for a machine that has the replacement engine, and so I'm planning to rebuild it soon. I love the projects you guys do

Love this build, only thing i see that i would change would be the fuel tank location, I know theres not much room but over the engine like that its just a big heat sink and the longer you run it the more likely you are to boil the fuel, and being a carbed engine that's no bueno lol. Just my two cents, love the build either way. Would KILL to do something like this for my daughter for the car shows. Shes out grown her SLS AMG Power Wheels but still brings it to all the car meets lmao.
