In the original timeline, Dr. Bosconovitch is officially dead, so he can't appear in Tekken 7-8. Unless if he appears as a cybernetic enhanced artificial organism. Like his "daughter". In other hand, Tag Tournament is another story, an alternate timeline different from the original timeline. He can appear in Tag Tournament 3 anytime. 👊

Dr.B is not dead, he is in hiding after escaping the lab were Alisa started her journey. Or rather, never officially declared dead. It's most likely he is still alive. Let's hope he is added in tekken 7 for season 4, with major buffs.

man they butchered b's moves. back in tekken 3, i was unbeatable with him along with gon due to their unique moves that's hard to counter. the bouncing move, uppercut etc.
