@@cooktheant TL:DR want to trade lives? My opinion stands, probably you weren't reading why I would like everything unlocked on the get-go. As a kid, I had more time and 0 responsibilities game from morning to midnight. Looking back its fun to do. Now being older with responsibilities and limited time, I have to be selective in my gaming, 30 mins allocated. Its for convenience sake for me to enjoy the game everything unlocked or have easy mode sans achievements. That is never the case, in any game, you have to put effort into it.

Back then we paid for a game and everything was unlockable within the game. We're not paying tekken extra money because we're too lazy to unlock them, they're charging us for it because they're greedy bastards who know they can get away with it. The only consumers who benefit are people who don't want have too much money, who don't want to put the time and effort in but still want extra characters to play with. So like, almost no one.

The only solace is that he's Russian, and they're damn near impossible to keep down

So from what I've seen, in addition to his move-set being basically one big mish-mash of all the other characters in Tekken 3 with a couple unique moves, Dr. B also shares certain moves from Tekken 2 characters that don't actually appear in 3. He uses a few moves from Roger, Lee, Kazuya, and he uses Jun's counter throws.

I miss this type of unconventional gameplay design where Namco used to be extremely experimental and unorthodox with character's playstyle. The most unique types of play are all from Tekken 3 and 4 characters. We never had that ever since. Outside of 2D characters in Tekken 7. I love them and it's sad to see the overall consensus on those are not positive
