1. കുഞ്ഞിനെ ഉണർത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുക.
ശരിക്കും ചെറിയ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങൾ (ഒരു വയസ്സിനു താഴെ) അവരുടെ കാലുകൾ ടാപ്പുചെയ്യുക (ഉള്ളം കാലിൽ തട്ടുക). ഒരു വയസ്സിൽ കൂടുതൽ പ്രായമുള്ള ശിശുക്കൾക്ക്, അവരുടെ തോളിൽ ടാപ്പുചെയ്യുക.
🔴 2. കുട്ടി ഉണർന്നിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ആരെയെങ്കിലും ഉടനെ വിളിക്കുക.
(ഉച്ചത്തിൽ വിളിക്കുകയോ അടുത്ത് ആളില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഫോണിൽ വിളിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക). 108 (മറ്റ് നമ്പറുകൾ അറിയുമെങ്കിൽ അതിലോ) വിളിച്ച് ആംബുലൻസിനോട് എത്താൻ പറയുക.
(പൾസ് നോക്കാൻ അറിയാമെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം വിഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ പൾസ് നോക്കുക)
🔴 3. നെഞ്ച് കംപ്രഷൻ ആരംഭിക്കുക. (CPR)
കുഞ്ഞ് ശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ, കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ നെഞ്ചിൽ നടുവിലായി (മുലകൾക്കിടയിൽ)
നേരിട്ട് "രണ്ട് വിരലുകൾ" ബ്രെസ്റ്റ്ബോണിൽ വെച്ച്
(ഒന്നര ഇഞ്ചോളം - അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ നെഞ്ചിന്റെ കട്ടിയുള്ളതിന്റെ മൂന്നിലൊന്ന്)
നേരെ താഴേക്ക് അമർത്തുക, തുടർന്ന് നെഞ്ച് തിരികെ മുകളിലേക്ക് വരാൻ അനുവദിക്കുക. 15 തവണ ചെയ്യുക.

🔴 4. കുഞ്ഞിന് രണ്ട് തവണ ശ്വാസം കൊടുക്കുക.
നെഞ്ചിൽ 15 തവണ പ്രെസ്സ് ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം, കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ മുഴുവൻ വായും മൂക്കും മൂടത്തക്കവിധം ശ്വാസം നൽകുക (ഊതുക)
അവന്റെ/ അവളുടെ നെഞ്ച് ഉയരുന്നത് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുക.
🔴 5. കുട്ടി അനങ്ങുന്നതുവരെയോ ആംബുലൻസ് വരുന്നത് വരെയോ CPR തുടരുക.
