Everyone was saying how Cowboys was going to be soft, but yet we still went 12-5 with no receiver experience and he broke his thumb on his throwing hand. Russell Wilson had that same injury and was trash when he came back. Dak made Cowboys have the 3rd best offense in the league despite all of that, so you can stop with all the hating.

The rules were changed so that qbs could consistently do what only Peyton Manning was able to consistently do in the pre soft rules era. Where as Prescott literally would be throwing about 2 tds and 30 ints in the 2000s. his little simplistic passes to open guys were nor an option in the the pre 2010s since safeties would destroy the receivers running those simple routes.
