@philclarke3203 40145 failed on the first train but did continue its schedule later in the day. Class 25 no go for the weekend. Apart from that top day 👌

@@arthurgrowler5749 I was back on the Saturday and saw the driver who was on D345 driving the Peak He said the problem was not serious and they had her out by the end of the day. I saw that on the end of your video. The trains ran better on Saturday we did not hear of any more failures. Overall a great event.

@@philclarke3203 Also the class 50 failed and did not run on Saturday and my Scotrail 47 came to a halt half way to Hopwood, the brakes were dragging all the way from Bury. It did not really spoil my weekend I got to ride on a train from Ramsbottom to Bury out of platform 2 which was unusual

There’s normally a Class 70 on the Carlisle run but on the Baglan Bay a booked Class 56
